  1. Heat two skillets. Split the hotdogs lengthwise but not all the way through and lay them split side down in one of the skillets.

  3. Spread it out and simmer till the juices disappear.
  4. Add chili to the other skillet.
  5. Stir as needed.
  6. Turn the hotdogs when there is no juices seen. Let the sauerkraut start to get browned
  7. Cook chili till kinda dry and gets a bit of a crust about it. Just don't over char.
  8. Add splitdogs to the bread
